Our experience with Henan Abot Trading Co. Ltd was filled with lies, deceit, and a lack of accountability. On July 1, 2024, we placed a $225,284 order for Mini-Split units and accessories. We paid $93,436 upfront, including $33,700 for Air DDP, expecting 41 Outdoor Units, 103 Indoor Units, brackets, wire, and linesets. The final payment of $146,434.60 was made on August 27, yet the shipment, arriving September 18, was missing key items: all Electrical Wire, 96 brackets, and half the Copper Linesets. Despite promises, the remaining items weren’t delivered until October 3, missing proper linesets entirely. Instead, we received mismatched, single-size lines, rendering them unusable. Forced to purchase replacements locally, we incurred nearly $20,000 in extra costs. When the Sea-Truck shipment finally arrived October 31, units were damaged due to poor packaging. Stacked improperly, 18K and 24K units were crushed, leaking refrigerant, and unusable. Henan Abot refused accountability,

Dear, Thank you for your feedback.After review, what you said is not true.Logistics is out of our control, and copper pipe problem was not our fault.But considering your shopping experience, we still refunded you $13188. Shipping: We chose a fast shipping option and insured the goods.Brackets & cables had missed by U.S. airport, but we have resolved it. Our packaging met export standards, but road bumps damaged cartons. Once informed, we quickly contacted the insurer. But, you haven't provided photos/vids of damaged units, the claim process was hindered. Copper Tube: The PI contract clearly specified single copper tube specs. and we shared photos for your review after production.After delivery, you demanded double copper tubes and made us cover high air freight, which was unreasonable. We offered 2 choices: ship half by sea or refund half the cost. You chose the refund and signed Refund Agreement.
